Thank you for shopping at AradaShop.ca! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Used or damaged items caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@aradashop.ca with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
